Based on the experience of the first IASC Europe & CIS Colloquium Series on Commons and Policy that took place in 2022 online, the Regional Coordinators of IASC Europe & CIS – Prof. Tobias Haller (University of Bern) and Dr. Ilkhom Soliev – host the 2nd colloquium series in 2023, featuring selected presentations and plenary sessions. Thematically, the presentations within the series are dedicated to policy issues related to the commons and bringing together the commons knowledge, policy, and practice.
